10DLC is the phone carrier requirement for business messaging. We offer 10DLC registration in-house. Registering your organization for 10DLC allows us to assign you a local number, or potentially use your organization’s phone number for messaging.

If you are using a mobile number, we are unable to use that number, however we can still register and assign your organization a phone number.

Credits are deducted based on the amount of contacts that you send messages to.

1 SMS message equals 1 Credit

1 MMS message equals 2 credits.

Emojis and other characters count as credits as well.

Purchase additional credits anytime at the same rate as your monthly plan or move into the next tier of our monthly plans.

We also offer custom annual plans based on your needs.

Annual plans are offered at a discount and give you the ability to use your credits anytime throughout a 12-month period. If you need to purchase additional credits in the 12-month period, you may do so at the same rate, or begin a new annual plan.

We can assign you a toll-free number if you prefer that over a 10-digit long code.
